BUXP - Exclusive Revenue Sharing Network

This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or Membership Agreement) between you ("You", "Member", "User", "Advertiser") and BuxP ("BUXP.org", "we", "us", "our program") sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking "I Read and Accept the TOS." If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement, BuxP is unwilling to allow you to become a member. 

1. Description of BUXP.org service: 

BUXP.org is an international and free English based service that allows advertisers to reach customers by viewing their advertisements. Our program is a safe network. We reserve the right to reject any website from our advertising program, and any member from our affiliate program. By joining BUXP.org you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. 

BuxP; 
1.1. Makes no guarantees concerning the service 
1.2. Makes no guarantee that the service does not contain material that could be offensive to some 
1.3. Does not verify any user identities on the service 
1.4. Does not guarantee the proper use material on the service by any party 
1.5. May pass any material to appropriate authorities 
1.6. Reserves the right to terminate your use of the service and remove material stored on the service at any time, for any reason

2. Eligibility: 

2.1. You must be have a verified payment account (Alertpay/Paypal) to participate in BUXP.org
2.2. Users in China, Pakistan and Georgia are prohibited from using our service
2.3. Users are obligated to be able to read and understand proper English

3. General User Behavior

3.1. You may not use the service in any manner deemed inappropriate by BUXP.org
3.2. You may not act in a manner that negatively affect other users enjoyment of the service. Any threat; whether orally, verbally, in written, via E-mail, via live chat, shout box, delivered by second parties or delivered in any other way, and directed towards BUXP.org or any of BUXP.org's employees, partners, staff, members etc. shall be construed as a violation of this Terms of Service agreement and may lead to an account suspension
3.3. Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to BuxP.org, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered an offense and are strictly prohibited
3.4. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against BuxP.org and / or BuxP staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum and Chat as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits
3.5. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers/exchange/requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts/topics and in the Shout-Box. Spamming the forums and shout-box with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated topics, or illegal content is also prohibited
3.6. Any attempt to share your messenger details via Private Messaging / Shout-box / Forums then circumventing ToS 3.3 - 3.5 will lead to your account being permanently suspended
3.7. Additionally, we have Forum Rules which can be found on the forum board index

4. User Account: 

4.1. You may only have one account, and you may not set up an account on behalf of anybody else. If you forget your password and / or username, you may request a recovery e-mail to your defined e-mail address. Your password should be kept secret, and not disclosed to anybody else.
4.2. You may close your account via your "My Profile" page
4.3. You must use your account on a regular basis in order to keep it active. Account that have not been logged into for a period of 30 days can be frozen.
4.4. You may view ads once every 24 hours. Ads will not be credited if another user of your IP address has already viewed the advertisement
4.5. Your accounts / membership(s) / referrals whether direct or bought are not transferable and your requests to modify account settings are refused 
4.6. Using false and misleading information may lead your account suspended
4.7. All suspended / frozen accounts have all their balances reset, all associated referrals taken away and no refunds are made. All suspended accounts are saved in a database and you may not use same information to re-register
4.8. All frozen accounts will not be reopened upon user request. You may, however, open another account with a different username and email address.

5. Purchases

5.1. Payments made towards BuxP.org are only accepted via PayPal or AlertPay, or account balance. No other method is available
5.2. All payments to BuxP.org are non-refundable and all chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension 
5.3. Membership / Advertisement Credits purchases may take up to 48 hours to be processed
5.4. Regarding the Survey Feature: BUXP uses a third party provider that offers survey's for members to complete. BUXP does not own the survey, and is not responsible its content, any charges being made or fail in crediting.

6. Payments to Members: 

6.1. All payments are made via AlertPay and PayPal. No other method of payment is available at this time.
6.2. You must have a valid and verified AlertPay/Paypal account to be paid
6.3. The minimum amount required for requesting a payment via AlertPay is $7.99 for both Standards and Premium members. Standard members are required to have at least $17.99 (unless you are from UK, CA or US, then $7.99 is enough) to request a payment via PayPal while Premiums require $7.99. Premium members can also cashout instantly via paypal if certain requirements are met.
6.4. All payments are manually processed and completed within 30 business days for Standard members and 5 business days for Premium members


7. Referrals and Promoting: 

7.1. You may refer an unlimited amount of people to join our program 
7.2. It is not allowed to promote your referral link in any Asian or Slavic based language.
7.3. You may not change your upline and you may not request to have a new upline if you are an unreferred member 
7.4. You may not send unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join BuxP.org without any prior contact with you is a violation of this Terms of Service agreement. BuxP.org strictly enforces anti-spamming laws and if we receive any complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we will suspend your account
7.5. Purchased referrals are randomly selected and we do not guarantee activity of rented referrals. However we have filter systems for active referrals to be selected. Referrals purchased are yours to keep for life
7.6. Only premium members can replace inactive bought referrals. Direct referrals cannot be replaced
7.7. It is not allowed to purchase referrals through independent Services. You can ONLY purchase referrals from BuxP.org ON BuxP.org. If we find out you are using such a service, you will be banned without notice. Sites that offer Mass referral deals are not allowed either. You are not allowed to join BuxP if your referrer comes from a Site that offers you money to join under them (mass "refback" sites). Personal "refback" and "cashback" deals are allowed
7.8. Referrals are only sold on Saturday and Sundays. Sale starts around 12AM GMT until sold out
7.9 Other people from your houshold may join provided that they have their own unique email address and payment email address. However, they can not join as your referral.

8. Advertisers 

8.1. You do not need to be a registered member of BuxP.org in order to place your advertisements 
8.2. You need to submit your advertisement(s) on our advertisement page to be approved by BuxP. Most of the time process is completed within 24 hours 
8.3. We reserve the right to reject or withdraw your advertisement at any time, with or without justification, even after we have approved your advertisement 
8.4. It is your responsibility to ensure your website is functional and has the capacity to handle the volume of clicks we refer 
8.5. You need to deposit a purchase balance to buy clicks for your advertisements. Advertisement packs and the prices are listed on http://buxp.org/advertise.php
8.6. All payments to BuxP.org are non-refundable and all chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension 
8.7. Any user can view your advertisement once each 24 hours (unless another option is chosen) even paused within the same day 
8.9. We have advanced anti-cheat systems to insure your advertisements viewed by unique users. For more detailed information and features of our advertising system we suggest you proceed to our advertising purchase page



9. Anti Cheat Policy 

9.1. Any attempt to cheat our system will be logged and will lead to an immediate suspension
9.2. Using, promoting or requesting auto-click, auto-surf and similar programs/software is strictly forbidden, and 100% detectable by our system. Discussing such programs in any way which suggests you are using them, or is intended to improve the software/program, is also forbidden and will lead to suspension of your account. This includes, but is not limited to, requesting information on them, reporting bugs or thanking the author/coder.
9.3. The cheat-link found at the bottom of our browse ads page will permanently reset any users account to $0.00. No restrictions are made to this rule
9.4. Clicking on the cheat link 5 times will lead to a permanent suspension of users account
9.5. The donation feature can only be used to reward referrals and not to move balances between friends, duplicate accounts, referrals so they can cashout.


10. Other Restrictions: 

10.1. Any user found to be exploiting a bug will be banned
10.2. Liability: BuxP.org will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. BuxP.org reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. BuxP.org, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
10.2. Assurance: BuxP.org upfront reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without caution. We take no responsibility for violations occurred by BuxP.org members, it's your job to revise the terms on a regular basis jqTransTextarea
