The BUXP forum is available for usage and viewing for all members and visitors. This forum is a privilege, not a right. So do make use of it in a correct manner. The forum rules listed below are general & important ones. We expect that every member behave correctly. The BUXP Administrators reserve the right to deactivate or ban any account at any given time for any reason without warning or notification.
BUXP Terms of Service also applies in the Forums.
The following set of rules apply to all members who are using/posting in the BuxP Forums. By using the forums, you agree that you have read and understood the rules and responsibilities that you have to abide by; otherwise, you will be dealt with accordingly.
1) General Forum Rules
1.1. Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning.
1.2. Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users. Flaming or abusing users in any way will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning.
1.3. Members are asked to not act as “back seat moderators”. If members note an issue which contravenes something in this policy document they are welcome to bring it to the attention of a member of the Moderator Team. Please use the “post report” feature to report posts. Members who constantly “act” as moderators may be warned.
1.4. Members should remember this board is aimed at a general audience. Posting pornographic or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning/ban.
1.5. Members are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites, media, etc. Users linking to or asking for information on warez, crackz, etc. or re-printing material without permission will receive a warning and their post will be removed.
1.6. Members should respect the bandwidth of other users and sites. The use of inline image tags pointing to data stored on third party systems for which the user has not received permission to link to may be removed.
1.7. Members should post in a way which is consistent with "normal writing". That is users should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, large, small or coloured text, etc. Similarly users should not SHOUT or use excessive punctuation (e.g. ! and ?) in topic titles or posts.
1.8. Members should use an appropriate, descriptive subject when posting a new topic. Examples of bad subjects include; "Help me!!!", "whre is admin????????????", etc. Examples of good subjects include; "Unable to login", "Referrals disappeared", etc.
1.9. Grave-digging(bumping up of old threads) is prohibited.
1.10. Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstance. This includes offering your own services (charged and free), solicitation etc. Advertising you referral link/banner/website/etc is not permitted in posts except in the 'Free For All' forum.
1.11. The moderating, support and other teams reserve the right to edit, remove or put on moderation queue any post at any time.
1.12. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to Team Members and not users.
1.13. The above forum rules where applicable also apply to private messaging. Abuse of the private messaging system may lead to warnings (as above) and/or the revocation of private messaging.
2.1. You may have one banner in your signature or 5 lines of normal or small sized sentences or
2 text links with exceptions to some Premium members.
2.2. Text in signatures is subject to the same conditions as posts with respect decency, warez, emoticons, and so forth. You may not link to warez, porn, racist or other similar hate sites.
2.3. BUXP reserves the right to remove/edit members signatures at any time without warning.
3.1. You may have an avatar not exceeding 90 x 90 pixels.
3.2. Avatars are subject to the same conditions as posts with respect decency, and so forth.
3.3. BUXP reserves the right to edit/remove any members avatar at any given time for any reason without warning.
4.1. BUXP operates a three strike policy. Users will be warned a maximum of three times for any and all offences before you receive a permanent forum ban.
4.2. Arguing with team members after having received a warning will lead to an immediate additional warning. Should this exceed three strikes a permanent ban will be put in place as above.
4.3. Users who feel they have been unfairly warned are welcome to contact Victor, conorod or Oli. If we feel the warning/ban was unwarranted it will be reversed.
4.4. Permanent bans are a last resort and thought is given before implementing them. While BUXP may consider lifting permanent bans from time to time this is a rare occurrence.
The above written rules are subject to change at any time without notification. It is the job of the members to keep checking this thread for the date it was last updated. By using the forums, you automatically agree to all of the above said terms.
